Jennifer Calderone, CEO of Transactions Plus

Some people join the real estate industry by accident. It’s a way to make money, someone’s suggested it to them, or it was just some inspiration that came to them.  Unlike those people, I come from a family of entrepreneurs who have a passion for people and the real estate business. Therefore, I inherited my passion and decided to join my family in this business. Transactions Plus, Inc. was birthed in 2003 when the need arose for a transaction company to complement Real Estate agents.

As for myself, I was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. My educational background is in Management and Accounting with experience in sales and recruiting. Like my family, I love working with and bringing out the best in people. Serving others is important to me, and therefore, to Transactions Plus.

I am excited about the future of this wonderful business!

I was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. Unlike Jennifer I am one of those people who fell into the Real Estate Industry. Shortly after completing my Associated Degree in Culinary Arts I came across an administrative assistant position for a Real Estate Firm. Once I accepted the position and ultimately learned the entire process and procedures that an agent and office must enforce, I decided to take the prerequisite real estate sales associate course. After completing that I continued my growth within the company and eventually became the office manager. I realized that I not only enjoyed the industry but it became my passion and I wanted to explore all avenues of it. Years later I continued to become more proficient and my expertise flourished with in the standards of practice of a real estate firm and in the industry in general.

I am proud to be apart of Transaction Plus Inc., I strive for excellence, treating each transaction as if it were my own. With my outstanding customer services and communication skills I can guarantee complete satisfaction for each and every transaction!

I have been a licensed Realtor for about 3 years now. Before obtaining my license, I worked in a Real Estate office doing reception and general file maintenance for the agents. I was also a loan processor for about a year with the same company.
